The compact, 150-watt Marshall 1936 cab is perfect as an extension cabinet for combos and can also support full-sized amp heads. Loaded with two Celestion G12T-75 speakers, the 1936 makes great sense if you want the classic Marshall sound and look but have restricted space onstage or in your home studio.

The 1936 cabinet pairs well with small low-wattage Marshall heads like the DSL15 or DSL1H, letting you form a portable and practical half-stack rig. Its G12T-75 speakers have a slightly softened high-frequency response which makes it great for modern high-gain tones. The 1936 can be used in mono or stereo mode, without the need to switch.

Amp Cabinets

A speaker cabinet is responsible for turning your amplifier’s power into the sound you actually hear, and it plays a huge role in the overall feel and character of your tone. Different cabinet sizes, speaker types, and configurations can affect everything from low-end punch to clarity and projection. Cabinets can be open-back or closed-back, single or multi-speaker, each offering a distinct response and spread in a room. Whether paired with a powerful amp head or a compact setup, the right speaker cabinet helps define how your guitar sits in a mix and how it feels to play.

Amps

Guitar amps cover everything needed to amplify, shape, and project your guitar sound, from small practice setups to full stage and studio rigs. In this category you’ll find combo amps, separate amp heads and speaker cabinets, covering valve, solid-state, and hybrid designs, each offering a different feel and response. You’ll also see modelling and digital amps, built-in effects, footswitches, attenuation solutions, replacement speakers, valves, and essential accessories to keep an amp performing at its best. Whether you’re chasing pristine cleans, classic crunch, or modern high-gain tones, guitar amps and related gear are all about finding the right balance of power, tone, and control for the way you play.

2×12

2×12 refers to a speaker configuration using two 12-inch speakers, commonly found in guitar amplifier cabinets. This setup delivers a bigger, fuller sound than a single speaker, with increased low-end response, projection, and overall volume.

A 2×12 cabinet offers a strong balance between power and portability, providing much of the depth and punch of larger cabinets without the size and weight of a 4×12. It is popular for live performance and studio use, especially with high-powered amp heads and driven tones.

Cabinet

A cabinet is a speaker enclosure designed to be used with a guitar amplifier head, playing a crucial role in how your tone sounds and feels. The size of the cabinet, the number of speakers, and the type of speakers used all affect projection, low-end response, and overall character, shaping everything from tight, focused tones to wide, room-filling sound.
