The 000ME is a great jack-of-all-trades acoustic at a very tempting price. Guitarists looking to cover a wide array of genres will find the Sigma well-balanced, resonant and great for a number of popular acoustic playing techniques.

Electro-acoustic

The built-in EQ is perfect for hooking up to an amp on the fly, so plug in and play live or at rehearsals quickly and without too much fiddling, especially on an unfamiliar amp's EQ channels. The 000ME also comes with an inbuilt tuner, great for live performances or any moment you need to pick up and play without the fuss of digging out the one you lost down the back of the sofa.

Crisp Tone

The 000ME is a surprise package, featuring some great quality tonewoods. The spruce and mahogany classic combination works well to achieve a rich warmth for a wide variety of playing styles. A real bone nut grants the Sigma great sustain for open strings, while the body size offers comfort for light fingerpicking or heavy strumming. The satin neck is a nice feature for easy movement up and down the micarta fretboard.

Stuff About Acoustic Guitars

They come in a wide range of styles, including steel string and classical designs, each with its own feel and tonal character. Body shape, wood choice, and construction all influence warmth, projection, and balance, making acoustics suitable for everything from gentle fingerstyle to confident strumming. Whether used for songwriting, practice, or performance, acoustic guitars provide a simple, honest connection between the player and the music.

Stuff About Electro-Acoustic Guitars

Electro-acoustic guitars combine the natural sound and feel of an acoustic guitar with built-in electronics for amplification. Fitted with pickups and preamp controls, they allow you to plug directly into an amp, PA system, or recording setup while retaining an acoustic character. They’re ideal for live performance, rehearsal, and home recording, offering volume control and tonal adjustment without relying solely on microphones. Electro-acoustic guitars suit players who want the warmth and responsiveness of an acoustic instrument with the flexibility to play amplified when needed.
