Here's what Spector say about the NS Dimension series

The NS Dimension Series reimagines Spector’s iconic design with multi-scale construction and offers players a new level of playability and tonality. In addition to the multi-scale, neck-thru construction, NS Dimension models also feature a variety of premium tonewoods and cutting-edge Fishman Fluence electronics. The fully curved body is carved from lightweight Swamp Ash and features a highly figured Poplar Burl top. The 5-piece neck is constructed from Maple and Wenge for enhanced stability and eye-catching looks. The 24 fret Wenge fingerboard also features illuminating side dots, allowing players to expertly navigate the fingerboard. New for 2022, the highly sought-after Spector NS Dimension basses are available in two all-new colors, Black & Blue and Inferno Red, each featuring a high gloss finish. Taking inspiration from Spector’s USA Series, the new color options in the NS Dimension Series were carefully chosen to highlight the grain pattern of the highly figured woods, resulting in a striking look that’s always one-of-a-kind.

Stuff About Bass Guitars

Bass guitars form the backbone of a band’s sound, sitting between rhythm and harmony to give music depth, weight, and movement. Available in electric and acoustic forms, they focus on delivering strong, controlled low frequencies while remaining clear and responsive to playing dynamics. Factors like scale length, string type, and pickup design all influence tone and feel, allowing bass guitars to suit a wide range of styles and techniques. Whether laying down solid grooves or exploring more melodic lines, a good bass guitar anchors the music and brings everything together.

Stuff About Electric Bass Guitars

Electric bass guitars provide the low-end foundation that supports rhythm, harmony, and groove within a band. Designed for clarity, punch, and control, they translate string vibration into a focused, amplified signal that locks in with drums and drives the music forward. Different scale lengths, pickup configurations, and electronics influence feel and tone, from deep, rounded lows to tight, articulate attack. Whether used for simple supportive lines or more expressive playing, electric bass guitars are essential for shaping the feel and energy of a track.
