Elegantly finished with Taylor’s 2024 celebratory appointments this beautiful expertly crafted grand concert acoustic guitar looks as good as it sounds. Featuring an all-solid wood construction consisting of a Sapele back and sides along with a torrefied Sitka Spruce top and Taylor’s revolutionary V-Class bracing pattern, this guitar is resonant and lively. With sweet highs and a musical mid-range frequency, this powerful-sounding cutaway acoustic guitar has a tone that keeps you coming back for more!

  • Torrefied Sitka Spruce – Sitka spruce is favoured on acoustic guitar soundboards for its unparalleled clarity and projection, the torrefying (roasting) process, in essence, seasons the wood to vintage perfection.

V-Class Bracing

Taylor’s revolutionary V-shaped bracing pattern allows the soundboard of the guitar to resonate and flex naturally without any of the resistance found in more traditional bracing patterns. The guitar becomes louder and fuller with increased sustain and the notes along the fingerboard intonate better and generally sound more in tune with each other. The carefully thought-out design strikes the perfect balance of enough stiffness to remain stable and the perfect amount of flex for a powerful and harmonically rich sound.

ES2

Designed with the purpose of capturing as much of the expressive and dynamic properties of an acoustic guitar as possible the Taylor ES2 system is regarded as one of the best acoustic pickup systems on the market. Reimagining the typical Piezo transducers typically found on an acoustic pickup and positioning them behind the saddle rather than underneath led to a guitar pickup that not only sounds fuller and more dynamic but also more natural and musical.
