The MXR Sugar Drive is based on a rare and beloved circuit from the 90s and has been packed into a pedalboard-friendly mini chassis to provide you with a wide range of guitar tones from driving boost to lush overdrive.

The Sugar Drive has a simple interface with only 3 controls – Tone, Drive and Volume making it a breath of fresh air in a time where pedals seem to be built chock-full of knobs and buttons.

The drive knobs doesn't simply increase the pedals intensity but instead grabs your clean, unaffected dry signal and blends it with overdrive as you turn the knob.

You've also got the option of running the pedal in buffered-bypass or true bypass mode depending on how you like the rest of your signal to look.
