It also features tap tempo for rhythmic modulation and delay effects, a freeze function for ambient pads and an expression control output.

Here's what Alexander Pedals say about the Space Force Stereo Reverb

Mankind has long known of the amazing properties of reverberant spaces. From the brilliant reflections of the largest concert halls to the splashy depths of your own shower, every space has its own characteristic sound. The Space Force is our love letter to the sounds of “elsewhere,” and features eight ingenious ways to add some space to your place, whether you’re reaching for the stars or just trying to make your world a little bigger.

Reverbs

  • Plate – Based on a vintage studio reverb this simulates the reflective properties of a giant metal plate, for a bright, shimmery sound. It also includes a virtual tape pre-delay and adjustable tape flanging modulation.
  • Lo-Fi – '90s style electronic reverb with distorted trails for a classic Shoegaze effect. Try it with the SAW modulation to simulate a whammy effect.
  • Modulated Hall – Classic '80s hall reverb with adjustable pitch modulation. This also has Bass & Treble EQ to control the tone of your trails.
  • Analogue – "Electronic" reverb based on an old analogue delay chip, often used in Karaoke units with a distinctive tone. For standard reverb keep the time knob low, or turn it up for cascading delay effects.
  • Pitch – Chamber reverb with twin adjustable pitch shifters. Each shifter has selectable intervals from detune to octave, to create a wide textural wash.
  • Dynamic – Large Cathedral style reverb with a volume sensing fade effect. Gate mode will cut off the reverb like '80s drums. Bloom will fade in just the reverb signal. And Swell fades in both wet and dry for a more pronounced effect.
  • Spring – Drippy spring reverb with multi-wave tube bias tremolo placed after the reverb, for that classic '60s California surf sound.
  • Echoverb – Room reverb and delay in parallel, allowing for more defined delays. Each effect has its own set of independent controls, and the delay will continue to repeat if you press the freeze button on the reverb.

Guitar Pedals

Guitar pedals are compact effects units that shape and enhance a guitar’s sound, sitting between the instrument and the amplifier. They include gain pedals like overdrive and distortion, modulation effects such as chorus and tremolo, time-based effects like delay and reverb, and essential utilities including tuners, compressors and loopers. Understanding basic things such as pedal type, signal order, power requirements and intended use helps players choose pedals that suit their style, setup and playing environment.

Reverb

Reverb (short for reverberation) is an audio effect that simulates the natural reflections of sound in a physical space. When you play in a room, hall, or cathedral, the sound waves bounce off the walls, ceiling, and floor, creating a sense of depth and ambience. Reverb pedals and processors recreate this effect electronically, allowing guitarists and producers to shape how “big” or “live” their sound feels. From short, springy echoes that mimic vintage amp tanks to lush, atmospheric washes used in ambient or shoegaze music, reverb adds dimension and realism — turning a dry, flat tone into something immersive and expressive.
