The EarthQuaker Guitar Pedals always come out on top. This is New is in stock and ready to post out to you, with fast, reliable delivery straight to your door. For more New Guitar Pedals options, read on for full specifications, demos, and secure online ordering.

Inspired by a selection of 3 of EQD founder, Jamie Stillman’s favourite delay pedals, EarthQuacker Devices is pleased to offer the Silos Multi-Generational Time Reflection Device. With so many dsp multi-delay pedals available, often over-complicated with multitudes of knobs, screens and options, EarthQuacker set out to produce the highest quality, user and pedalboard-friendly multi-delay pedal available. With 3 distinct delay types (Digital, Analog and Tape), Tap Tempo, up to 1 second of delay time, 6 Presets and a user-assignable expression out, it’s hard not to see why this couldn’t easily fill the delay-shaped hole on any pedalboard!

Key Features:

  • 3 Delay Types: Based on 3 delays from Jamie Stillman’s personal collection the Silos offers a pristine Digital Delay, an Analog Delay based on a vintage KMD Analog Delay and a Tape mode voiced like a worn Echoplex.
  • 6 Preset Slots: Easily save and recall up to 6 preset delay sounds. Switch between ‘live Mode’ (green LED) or ‘preset Mode’ (Red LED) by simply holding down either the Activate switch or Preset button.
  • Analog Dry Through: Keep all the dynamics and organic nuances of your original guitar tone intact thanks to the EQD Silos’ fully analogue dry signal path.

Controls

With only 4 knobs, a 3-way mode switch as well as a save and recall preset button, the Silos is easy and intuitive to navigate. The Time knob goes up to a full 1 second of delay time on each mode with 500ms set to noon on the control. Repeats can be set for simple slapback to near infinite with the Silos going into self-oscillation once the repeat knob gets to around 3 o’clock. It features silent soft-touch switching with a buffered bypass and trials as well as EarthQuacker’s Flexi-Switch Technology for both latching and momentary operation. Perfect for adding just a second or two of delay without needing to tap dance.

Guitar Pedals

Guitar pedals are compact effects units that shape and enhance a guitar’s sound, sitting between the instrument and the amplifier. They include gain pedals like overdrive and distortion, modulation effects such as chorus and tremolo, time-based effects like delay and reverb, and essential utilities including tuners, compressors and loopers. Understanding basic things such as pedal type, signal order, power requirements and intended use helps players choose pedals that suit their style, setup and playing environment.

Delay

Delay is an effect that records the guitar signal and plays it back after a short period of time, creating an echo or repeat. By adjusting the time, feedback, and level, delay can add subtle depth and space or produce rhythmic, expressive repeats that enhance lead lines, ambient textures, and overall atmosphere.

Pedal

Pedals are the tools that let you shape, colour and transform your sound, from subtle tone enhancement to bold, creative effects. Whether you are adding grit, space, movement or control, a pedal becomes part of your playing rather than just an add-on. Exploring different pedals is about discovering what responds to your touch and helps your sound feel more like your own.
