The Fender Pro Junior is a stunning small Fender Tweed amp that captures all of that classic Fender tube sparkle. It's got a single 10" speaker for a tight, balanced sound that breaks up at lower volumes than a 12" speaker normally does.

The Pro Junior IV has a brand new modified volume circuit to allow you to really drive the tubes. The tones go from sparkly and chimey to mean and gritty and as with all Fender amps, the Pro Junior is incredibly touch sensitive.

Pedal Friendly

The Pro Junior IV takes pedals incredibly well. Similar to it's bigger brothers, the Blues Junior and Hot Rod Deluxe, the Pro Junior has enough clean headroom to make all of your pedals sound great. Or you can run your pedals into the amp in an overdriven state for some more experimental tones. Either way, the Pro Junior IV is a great studio amp and can even be used live, though you may need to mic it up to get the best result.

Simple Controls

It's only got a single Volume control and a single Tone control that will be a sweeping EQ control for the whole amp. This makes it easy to find a sound that you like and one that suits the particular guitar that you're using.

Here's what Fender say about the Pro Junior IV

Long-revered by players of all stripes, the 15-watt Pro Junior IV adds a modified volume circuit and a classic tweed appearance to this workhorse amplifier. A compact and straightforward tone machine, this amp is ideal for performing guitarists who need great tone and remarkably touch-sensitive dynamic response.

The Pro Junior IV includes a 10” Jensen® P10R speaker for tight, well-balanced output with plenty of high-end sparkle. The modified volume circuit breaks up more gradually, allowing precise gain adjustment to make tones that range from immaculately clean to devilishly mean, and offering tighter bass with improved definition when overdriven. The stage-ready style features a lacquered tweed covering, vintage-style ‘50s grille cloth, chrome control panel with red jewel light
and a leather handle, giving it the unmistakable look and vibe of a classic Fender amp. Reliable, flexible and pedal-friendly, the Pro Junior IV is an ideal addition to any electric guitarist’s amp collection.

The Important stuff

Guitar Amps and Cabs — Guitar amps and cabs are at the heart of your tone, shaping everything from crisp clean sounds to heavy distortion. Combo amps combine the speaker and amplifier in one portable unit, ideal for rehearsals and small gigs, while separate amp heads and cabinets offer more power and flexibility for stage use. Valve amps deliver classic warmth and dynamic response, while solid-state and modelling amps provide reliable performance and a wide range of tones. Guitar cabinets, from compact 1x12s to full 4×12 stacks, influence projection and character, so matching the right amp and cab setup is key to getting your perfect sound.. Junior. Pro. Tweed.
