Beautifully crafted by the Gibson Custom Shop, this special run L-00 Standard elegantly finished in Ebony Black with White scratch plate perfectly captures the vibe of the ‘30s when this model was first introduced. Crafted using the classic combination of a solid Sitka Spruce top in combination with solid Mahogany back and sides, as well as a Mahogany neck with Rosewood fingerboard, this parlour-sized masterpiece sings. It’s resonant and lively and has a weight and projection to the notes which way outsize its smaller body. Equally at home with finger picking as well as strumming, this electro acoustic guitar is a true acoustic workhorse. Its mini Grover Rotomatic tuners feel rock solid, and its provided Gibson hardshell is the perfect accompaniment for keeping this L-00 safe at home or on the road.
